Arrival and Switching Off the phones
We will disconnect from our smartphones, stepping into a space of true presence. After a brief
introduction, you’ll be gently guided into the sacred world of cacao, where we will set heartfelt
intentions for the future.
The day will conclude with a light, nourishing dinner, bringing a peaceful balance to both body and
mind.
Self-reflection and inner-work
This day is dedicated to embracing the absolution of the world around us.
We’ll start by nurturing our bodies with morning yoga and a nourishing breakfast. During a mindful
hike through the mountains, we will pause for moments of meditation and Sadhu practices.
In the afternoon, we’ll share feedback, exchange contacts, and reflect on our shared experiences.
With full hearts and clear minds, we will part ways as the retreat comes to a close.
